i choose A plan because i can talk to a person locally, who always looks for the best deal on my car and house insurances; although i could probably get cheaper insurance on line i prefer to be able to contact an agent in person;

Didn't like it being presumed I was happy to take more cover than I needed. Coverage of a one bedroom council flat for £80,000 was extremely excessive. I am a pensioner too so would never need that much coverage. He should have listened sooner
