First quote was higher than market leaders after research and had to come back to get an acceptable quote. Once email was received for your online portal I found this very use unfriendly and ended up just asking for my docs to be posted. Portal needs looking at it just doesn’t do what it should and overly complicated to access

Good price on truck and car insurance. Regard to Public Liability the agent took time to explain and covered all aspects in relation to the cover I needed. The price was cheaper than my previous insurer and I got more cover. Well pleased !
