I was delighted to speak to Thomas Houlding in the Poole office regarding my house insurance. Thomas was friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more and definitely recommend the assistance which A plan offers. I have gone through A plan for a number of years and they do look after you.

I called very late on a Friday, feeling rushed like most people at this time, I was expecting a similar response from A Plan.. I could not be more wrong!

Even though we live in California - with a huge time difference between us and the Evesham office, the staff there worked with us to successfully renew the insurance plan on our home in Broadway. They were professional, friendly and very helpful.

I can only say what a pleasure it was to be able to actually speak face to face with a very helpful young man at your local office. I had tried to speak to my present insurance company but due to the pandemic all I got was recorded messages telling me to "contact them online".
I appreciate times are difficult but when I needed help and had some questions to ask, "online" doesn't give me much confidence. I had all my queries answered and the quote given was less than I thought. Everything was explained to me and I felt happy with my new policy. I will be confident to recommend you to my friends. Thankyou.

I use A- plan for my business insurance van insurance and personal car insurance. When I had to make a claim it was great to have people on your side to liaise with the insurance on my behalf.

The previous companies who were taken over in turn ended up by selling their customer list to A-Plan.
It has to be said their service was excellent.
So far A-Plan has continued this level of service.
As I grow older I need a service which is reliable in terms of reminding me in good time and then with prior agreement gives me a final 'phone call to pay.
by lump sum.
One item which is missing is that Clark-Roxburgh and Jelf kept you covered if a payment was missed on the basis that you renewed your insurance with them. This I find a diminution of service.
It has to be said their service was excellent.

A- Plan tooting has really exceptional customer service. Each year, when is time to renew our policy it is a real pleasure to speak with their friendly team. They are always helpful, kind and professional. Yesterday, it was a time to renew our van insurance and I spoke with lovely lady Olivia at Tooting branch. She answered all my questions patiently and was able to offer me a great deal on insurance. Highly recommended.

The best insurance broker I've ever dealt with: I'm 58 now!
Superb customer service and of course the best prices by a huge margin for both my modified vehicles. One is a 4x4 modified for off road use, the other a minibus with wheelchair ramp and tracking added. The latter was even cheaper than the 'specialist' firms who claim to look after disabled drivers and their carers!
