I have used a plan for many of years on and off reason why on and off is due to what kind of vechile I drive. They are freindly and very helpful. But what does but me and not just with a plan is why the price goes up each year when really they should be trying to get you a cheaper or alternative quotes one where it's cheaper so you keep you custom. This is not a dig but shouldn't have to ring or look else where. But this when you say over phone they look else where to find a better quote.

During lock-down when the office is closed, all correspondence has been by e-mail.

Excellent service from Jane Spragg in the Kidderminster branch for my car insurance. My first contract call from you was not the best. The caller a young lad had a bad attitude to me when I told him I was going to look around to see if I could find a better deal. I did find one but the second caller ( Chris ) was more helpful
