I have been with A-Plan for a couple of years now and I have always found them to be very clear, helpful and courteous in their communication. They did seek a competitive deal and I am happy with it. I have been able to add minor modifications without impact to the policy.

had difficulty obtaining this through A Plan's secure portal. even the information for example Tel No., Policy No., and email address, I must have
tried 4 times to peruse these documents before making a final decision.
Perhaps something could be done about this.
