I have made contact with A-plan and have asked them to call me back which they did the following day. I have been dealing with Luke (Tooting branch) and his professionalism, clear explanations and his customer-satisfaction orientation made me sign the insurance with A-plan.
I have been with previous competitors before and i can truly say they are all below A-plan minimum standards. You pay a bit more with A-plan and the quality of the service you get is worth that little extra.
Last but not the least, when you call A-plan, you reach someone from their agencies and not a call centre located somewhere in the world, this little thing makes a huge difference.
Worth mentioning that with some car insurance companies, they may charge you if you want to call them and if you need to amend your details online...

A-Plan have a reasonably good insurance brokerage service and do look around for better pricing at renewal time. I know I'm paying a small fee for the service, but it makes life more simple and I gain from their experience in selecting appropriate motor insurance. Of late, I've been lucky enough not to claim on insurance, so I can't assess how helpful A-Plan would be in the event of a claim.

Very good customer service skills. If they call at an inconvenient time about my renewal they always call back at the time and date I give them. Very friendly staff and so far they have always had the best price for my car insurance, van insurance and public liability insurance. Give them a try.

Having had to change my Insurance company they closed and A Plan took them over. Having always had a face to face local insurance company I was a bit hesitant about A Plan. But I needn’t have worried Sean who dealt with my car and house insurance was very friendly and helpful.

Really happy with the service I get from A Plan at Thatcham and they have always been very competitive on price, that could be why I've just renewed for the 5 year running. Mine is a classic policy with limited mileage and an agreed valuation, none of the other insurers could come close on the price!
