Matt Miles at the Kidderminster branch offers me a fantastic service - friendly professional and efficient. He is knowledgeable and is willing to try different options in order to get the best cover/price for the customer rather than the one that suits him/A-plan the best.
When I have had a problem then it is sorted quickly and efficiently and I feel that I am being given the best advice under the prevailing circumstances. I think Matt is a great ambassador for A-Plan and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

It's all too easy to hit the comparison sites to get the cheapest quote but with A-Plan (Basingstoke), you get a personal service that ensures that the Policy you are buying is competitive, value for money and, more importantly, fit-for-purpose. They won't sell you what you don't need! I have always found them to be trustworthy. No matter your circumstances, they are usually able to find the cover that you need for peace of mind.

Brought a new motorbike and contacting a plan to sort out lay-up insurance for it. I was put through to Luke from the tooting branch who was more than helpful. luke went above and beyond to contact the underwriters and to sort out the insurance for my circumstance. After sorting out a few of the conditions of the insurance luke was able to get me a great deal on my lay-up insurance and was a great help! would defiantly recommend Luke from the tooting branch if you're looking for any motorbike insurance.
