I received by email forewarning of my car insurance renewal. After checking the previous year’s premium I tested the market. I received two much cheaper quotes and then rang A-Plan for my renewal quotation. The value quoted, although less than last year, was not competitive. A-Plan then looked at alternatives such as higher excess and lower annual mileage and matched the prices I had achieved through market testing. I renewed with A-Plan. I was very satisfied with interactions with A-Plan.
