Joe was very helpful. Worked hard to get the right cover including my temporary driving job as this confused things a little. He kept me informed throughout the process and completed fast and effectively. Not the cheapest quote, but confident that all relevant details had been considered to get the right cover. We have used A plan in Bicester for many years and have always had excellent service. They really go the extra mile, it is well worth paying their fee which is really good value for money. We are so pleased with the service from the Bicester office we are still using them although we now live in North Yorkshire

Georgia Mayer was incredibly helpful and made the entire process painless! When I forgot to call her back to discuss my insurance, she very kindly sent through her recommended plan to me enabling me to read through at my leisure. I have always been very happy with the level of customer service at APlan Insurance. The staff at the Exeter office are always friendly & helpful.
The gentleman who explained the details of my policy and renewal had spoken with me a year ago. He was happy to answer questions and queries and I felt that he had sufficient time to do this.
Thankfully I have not needed to make a claim on my insurance but I feel very confident that if I did it would be dealt with professionally.
