Was sent quote to renew, then had phone call and told a more expensive price. Finally got a price I was happy with after being contacted by another employee. Renewed policy and said I would prefer to receive documents in the post rather than online. Was told they would take a few days to receive as being sent by second class Mail.
About a week later I received the schedule and an invitation to renew ? No policy documents or certificate of insurance or receipt for my payment ?

Spoke to one of A Plans advisors who explained about no claims discount being mirrored from car insurance. Was offered insurance at a very competitive price that matched results of a comparison website but with the benefit of speaking to a person. Would recommend getting a quote before purchasing insurance elsewhere.
