The renewal premium really took my breath away. Up to that point I enjoyed a good relationship with A Plan but was to learn differently. I realise now that loyalty Is not a word in the vocabulary of the insurance Business generally

Well before the renewal was due I was contacted by phone to go through details of the cover required and of any changes. Once this was completed a comparison of companies and costs were discussed. All done in about 15 minutes. Very professional.
