I have been with A Plan for over 10 years.
I wasn’t impressed by their assumption that I would renew.
It is also worth noting that if you speak to your insurance company about an incident, they register it as a claim, even if you don’t follow up & with A Plan being a Broker, I thought they should have given me better advice.
When I spoke to them about it they made me feel stupid (maybe I am)?
I recently received a call to renew my buildings/contents but decided to “compare the market” and found an identical policy via the Halifax for £500 cheaper.. so my advice is shop around, it could save you money!
