This is the first time i have dealt with A-Plan and I found them (Matthew) to be extremely helpful and up front with my questions. They found me a great deal for my 6 seat Proace combi which I took out immediately with them. They were just short of £100 cheaper than my present company and with a much lower excess . I had to ring them back with a question and guess what, I got straight thru to speak to a human being without pressing buttons, amazing.

Great service always get sent a reminder by email and telephone when my insurance is up for renewal.

Service, communication and willingness to help has been 5* to this point. Have spoken to several members of staff who have each been as helpful as the next and shown continuity in their understanding and level of service. I will offer Frazer a special mention as he has demonstrated patience, knowledge and has been particularly personable, in guiding me through a new process; I can’t praise him highly enough at this stage. All in all, only positives from the perspective of a new customer.

When you have to renew a policy what you need is good honest help without bluster. A Plan offers that. After a few complications John came up with a policy that fitted very well. Following on from further issues he then came up with yet another solution. You do not get that on line.

We didn’t except the first quote, disappointed that we had to haggle to get premium reduced. Have been a customer for over 25 years so was a little disappointed . Got a discount for car and house insurance with same company.
The premiums were competitive considering the service , always someone at the end of phone should you need to contact them. Happy to pay an admin charge for this service.

A-Plan helped reduce our house insurance premium about 3 years ago. Since then we have found the legal cover very useful to achieve a satisfactory settlement during an employment dispute and A-Plan were hugely beneficial as a mediator and chaser while going through a subsidence claim for the house where the insurer raised their offer from an original £1300 to £10,500. Highly recommended.
