We have used A-Plan for many years now. They always come back with a good price, so I do not have to try other companies. They always contact me when the insurance is due. The staff are pleasant and easy to talk to. If you have problems, they will always sort it out for you. In fact, we have all our insurance needs with A-Plan. Keep up the good work.

Had been a customer of A Plan for many years up until the last 2 when they couldnt compete with the online price and product I could get. Had a call a few weeks ago to see if they could quote for my annual contents and buildings cover. Surprised to find out that it was £50 cheaper than the online offerings.
Have now returned to A Plan as you have a point of contact with a person in a shop if a problem arises.

I was contacted about renewal in plenty of time by Lauren of the Bournemouth branch. She then very efficiently and courteously went through the renewal process.
