I spoke with Liz Holt at the Tooting office yesterday; on the phone, to discuss and renew two motor insurance policies, plus discussing another motor policy due next month.

I have used A plan for several years now and have found them very helpful during this time. I have recommended them to friends and family too. My son defaulted on a payment on his insurance whilst on holiday some time ago and being a young driver really struggled to get reinsured. I called A plan and they did all the hard work to find a policy that was affordable. My son is still insured through them today. I was always sceptical about brokers, thinking they always take a ‘cut’ but honestly, I have tried getting a better quote myself and it’s just a waste of time and effort. These guys know exactly who to call and how to secure the best deal. Whatever ‘cut’ they take they have earned it and I do not begrudge it one bit. Suffice to say I am very satisfied with the superb service they provide. A quick call to A-plan followed by a short call-back to confirm all my details certainly beats hours of trawling the internet without any guarantee of success. Five Stars.

Had a problem with my documents being sent to my old address as system was not updated correctly when I moved a year ago but the office were quick to sort it, paid some compensation in way of gift card and thankfully no personal details would have been exposed to anyone opening the communication. You have to judge a company by how well it does when things go wrong and I am happy with how A Plan handled this.
