Having received an uncompetitive quote from A-Plan, I challenged them to meet the price of an alternative which they eventually got close to. I was a little diismayed that the original renewal quote was so far ( £200 ) from easily available alternatives. I did renew with them , but this process dents my confidence in their processes going forwards.
