I have today renewed my car insurance through the Bournemouth office. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren Serrano Burke who was a joy. She clearly knows her stuff and was friendly and efficient. I also insure my motorcycle through A-Plan have always found them to be very pleasant to deal with as well as being excellent when having to make a claim.
