For the second consecutive year my car insurance premium has gone DOWN with A-Plan...by a considerable margin!
Add to this the excellent customer care practiced by the advisors (courteous, gracious and VERY helpful!) and I have no hesitation in not only continuing to use A-Plan but will encourage others to use them!

I am called about renewal in a timely manner. The best deal is searched for witnessed by the fact that they don’t just offer me last years insurer but look for the best price for me. Always polite and helpful. Been with A Plan for a long long time though I do research on line comparisons. They are usually there or there a-bout but do listen and requote if not. They handle accident claims brilliantly. You don’t have to do anything other than inform them. They handle the lot.

The company contacted me in advance to remind me that my home insurance was due for renewal. Never quite sure about insurance... Well you can be re-assured by the staff of A-Plan Insurance. A-Plan Insurance have always given good service. I took out insurance with you last year at a cost of £370.33 and for this year had risen to £638.60 a hug increase. I realise that premiums do go up after a
claim but this is far in excess of what I expected. I talked to
Ms Hazel Duffy who said we could look at it again but came back
with 'No I cannot offer you anything better.' As time was running out
