I have insured my property and cars with A-Plan for a number of years because of the service provided. In the event of my needing advice, I find it more effective to seek this via A-Plan than dealing directly with the insurer. Service is always quick and thorough and premiums are competitive. Staff are always friendly, polite and well-informed during initial telephone conversations and throughout any subsequent contacts. Documentation is always prompt.

I recently converted my VW Transporter van to a camper van. My then insurance company decided to charge me a cancellation fee as they did not cover my converted vehicle. I learned about A Plan from several Transporter Forums and gave them a call. Totally professional, informative and knowledgeable on what a ‘camper van’ is and the policy requirements needed. The whole process from start to finish took about thirty minutes and all the relevant paperwork arrived at my home the next morning. The price of the premium was more than competitive and I can only recommend a call to this business is well worth the effort should you be looking for insurance cover or in particular looking for cover for your camper van or motor home.
