Well for starters you get to speak to a human being - gets my vote everytime. When you speak to these human beings they are super, if they can't put you through they ask if they can help. They ring you back really quickly, responding to minor crisis with humour and efficiency, (and the price was pretty good too). Well done Scott, and everyone I spoke to - 10 out of 10.

Having recently moved out of a property, my existing insurance company were unable to provide cover for my empty home which is currently on the market, A Plan stepped up and got it insured for me at a reasonable price and great quick service. I spoke with Catherine Smith with regards to renewing our home insurance .
I was really happy and impressed with how my questions were addressed in a professional and insightful way, as to the options I had for my renewal and for other possible insurance opportunities .
Call backs were given as scheduled , and what I really appreciated was how Ms Smith gave me details of other products that may have been of interest to me, without hard selling .
This left me with the decision to definitely call and speak to her as a first port of call should I need any other types of insurance .
