I’m a new customer & initially am happy - treated well & efficiently + price was good. A week on I had to remind the company to arrange access to my final documents (on line) and am waiting for paper copies of documents.
I like the company; and all else had been good, though this slight delay has been a bit frustrating. (Hence 4* instead of 5*)

I've renewed my car and house /building and contents insurance in the last month. I've added my husband to my car insurance and it worked out cheaper too. The service was efficient and straightforward.
Not too keen on the system of sending the documents through though because I can never access them via the password system. Mainly because I've forgotten my password and to renew it, it wants my childhood nickname??? I never had one, so because I dont know the answer I can never access it. They send it through as PDFs which are more manageable.
Also, I recently contacted them because I've been diagnosed with an illness which I thought may impact my car insurance. I was given suitable advice and later received a wonderful bouquet of flowers from the Manager and Team. Certainly brought a tear during my difficult time.

A-Plan have provided our Vehicle cover for some five years and have at all times and not exclusive to any one of their sales team.
Changes to the policy to accommodate short term nominated drivers have been made with ease and possibly a smile. Premiums have been kept competitive and we feel that A-Plan have our needs under control. Generally a good service from nice people who remain commercially aware.
