Very professional and helpful. When my motor insurance renewal came in from Aviva (a company I have been with for years) it was huge and I thought given Covid and my almost non-use of my vehicle for the past 12 months, completely unjustified. Online research trying to sort out a like for like replacement motor policy was a minefield and so it was that I went back to “people”. Well done A-Plan Insurance Group .... professional and helpful throughout. A special thanks to Ashleigh Martin who managed to secure me a much reduced premium.

My home insurance was due, & whilst at the branch dealing with my car insurance I was asked if I would like a quote for my house insurance. I took my current insurance details in & was given like for like cover & saved approx 50% of what I would have paid. Excellent service

After trying all day to get quotes and help I got in touch with A Plan (Shirley branch) what a relief to speak to a normal person, Louise was so helpful from start to finish (which I may add she didn’t finish until 5.30 pm as she wanted to ensure I was insured today!
We got cut off she rang me straight back.
All in all I will be in the future looking to transfer our personal accident, employee and public liability insurance when due for renewal.

I had a reminder that my house insurance was due, They had looked into a more favourable quote for me, so I decided to go ahead. I went through the usual questions about the property and the person was very patient with any queries. I paid there and then and a few days later got the paperwork in the post.

after checking my car insurance on a comparison web site i phoned A-plan who i was insured with. They took the trouble to check details and were able to match or better the quote for both cars. Its nice to deal with people and not just a computer screen. We have been with A-plan for 4 years, they are always helpful and hope to continue to use them in the future.
