I changed my car to a pickup truck and was looking around for insurance as my current insurer didn’t cover that type of vehicle. I was contacted by A-Plan after using Asda online for looking at insurance quotes. So glad they did. Gave them my requirements and the next day they can back to me having found an excellent policy - domestic and not commercial too - something I was unable to find using an online comparison site. (If you have a pickup or van for non-business use, you will know how difficult this is to find). Discounts applied so the policy came in at a price I was willing to pay. Really great service.

Renewed with A plan because of there excellent customer service and they always go the extra mile to find the deal that best suits me. Another thing also is if you do need help with any thing they are on the end of the phone easy to get in touch with and go out of there way to help. I would highly recommend them.

I was a client from 2008 to 2014 with 3 vehicles insured through A Plan. I left the UK in 2014 and returned this year 2021, the first insurance company I called was A Plan to insure another 2 cars. Still the same staff and excellent service. This is a company that you cannot fault.

Friendly, helpful and informative staff who are well trained and know their business. Their prices always beat the on-line comparison sites who don't have access to many of the policies A-Plan can offer. It's a lot easier and quicker than answering the same questions over and over again for every comparison site. My car insurance actually went down this year.
