This is the first time I have given less than 5 stars for A-Plan's service.
I always recommend them whenever I can.
Renewing our car insurance took quite a few communications as the attention detail was not up to A-Plans normal great service. If we hadn't triple checked everything our policy would not have been correct.
However, saying all the above, we have a few policies with A-Plan and we certainly will not look anywhere else as the service over 10+years has been extremely good and efficient. Maybe it was just the wrong person dealing with this particular policy. I would still recommend.

We have had our car insurance with A-Plan in Camberley for a number of years and all the staff especially Jason have always been very helpful. Checking for the best deals and taking all the hassle out of renewals. Wonderful.

I have a VW T6 Kombi that will eventually be converted into a camper van.
Aplan totally understand this situation and did not shy away from any current modifications.
They were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a very reasonable quote for my van's insurance and I am happy to be one of their customers. I would recommend this broker to anyone in the same situation as me.
