Have had both my car insurance and home insurance with A-Plan for 3 years now. Dealing with people over the phone has been the norm for over 12months and I found that A-Plan have stepped up to the bar every year and have offered value for money and good service.

The renewal price offered for the car was too expensive but it was easy to negotiate a price reduction. The house insurance was far too expensive and I had to leave. Bartering is a must as loyalty is worth noting.

I experienced this first hand some years ago when I had a claim on my vehicle insurance, one phone call to A plan was all I had to do they organised the courtesy car, the repair and the payments. You cannot get that level of service from an online provider.
