A Plan were very helpful when a deer ran under the wheels of our car and did considerable damage, some of which our insurer refused to pay for. The staff at A Plan were very supportive and phoned us several times in regard to our claim. Eventually the insurers agreed to pay all of the damage, apart from the insurance excess.

Been using A-Plan for the past 4 years, all seemingly good. Car insurance and my home & contents insurance through them. Renewal premiums in keeping with expectations, albeit the annual recommendation is for me to move to a new Insurer to avoid a price hike. As long as I am being professionally insured by a reputable UK based Insurer and the price is right, then being moved around is not a major concern. Staff are mostly helpful, they do their job. Happy to remain a customer for the foreseeable. (Midlands)
