Only 3 stars as I had difficulty in accessing the web address -Bing sent me to "justgiving". Fairly simple once I got there but slightly disappointing that you take 5% of my donation plus the credit card fee.

Today i renewed my home insurance and as usual this member of staff (Catherine Smith) was polite, efficient and knowledgeable of the product she was selling to me today. I'm looking forward to renewing my Public liability insurance in a few weeks time.

The staff working for A-Plan I had dealings with are all knowledgeable and highly professional; they investigated the renewal of my car insurance cover and were able to advise that the premium had reduced by a small amount making the policy very competitive. A-Plan have also arranged the insurance policy for my second car and also arranged a complicated home insurance policy which covers transporting valuables to and from our holiday home outside the UK. It is a great advantage having one broker as a point of contact for all of my insurance policies and A-Plan's complete reliability in all dealings is why I choose to continue using their services.
