Easy from start to finish over the telephone renewal confirmed by email. Then just a week after renewal we were surprised by our new lease car which was easily switched over by telephone again.

Hi just renewed my house and contents insurance for the 3rd year. They managed to nearly match what I had found elsewhere. The benefit is you can call in to see them and if you phone they pick up straight away no waiting in a queue.

Car insurance renewed. Phone call was received 3 weeks prior to policy expiry. Explanation of current and new insurance policy was simple and clear. Queries answered openly and simply. Given vehicle type I feel I have value for money and am confident matters will be handled fluently should I need to claim or require roadside assistance. Phone is always answered quickly by a competent, polite person whenever information is required. Further more, a payment plan was agreed spreading the cost over a number of months.
