The efficiency and friendliness of service

that I remain with A-Plan . Another plus factor is the face to face facility ( Covid
restrictions allowing ).
The renewal premiums themselves were a little disappointing given my long ncd , previous / projected low mileages and discounts obtained by many friends.

A-Plan have been excelent in helping me get insured for my own private vehicle now that I no longer have a company car and obviously I didn't have any no-claims bonus as you don't get earn it on a company car. The price A-Plan got me for my insurance was excellent and you do get to speak with a Human being as well so they can go through everything you need in detail. I would happily use again and will see what they can do for my other insurances once they are due for renewal.

I had received an email & renewal quote for car but not contacted them. Had a missed call from Jenny. Then she called just as I was going to phone. She went through quote, then advised on protected ncb, also advised on another policy. In all very good, attentive helpful member of A plan team. Renewed insurance on both cars.

Yes I could have saved a few (& I mean just a few £s) had I gone with an online company but I like speaking to humans who make sure I’m fully covered & I have missed nothing.
I insured my van, public liability, life, gap insurance & tool insurance all in one place. Fantastic service friendly staff at the Solihull branch (over the phone) brilliant! Some day all insurance companies will realise human contact with professional staff is important!
