Very pleasant people - and apparently they don't operate on individual commission - which means you can talk to anyone about your insurance which I prefer. As all other companies, they don't start off with their "best" price, which is always annoying, but we got there in the end. I do recommend them.

As usual A Plan provided competitive quotes and conducted the business of car insurance renewals in a methodical but human way, The IW office is well organised and staff coped with the strictures imposed on them by Covid very well. Thanks for your efforts.

I made a claim by phone Ryan dealt with my claim and was very helpful he told me exactly what I needed to do and provide. He followed up with an email a few days later to see if I had received the quote for my claim.
I had received it that day and sent it to him via email.
The following day I got an email from Ryan and a phone call from the insurance company saying to go ahead with the claim. This was done within in a week excellent service and Ryan went above and beyond and wanted to give him the recognition he reserves for excellent customer service.
