Every year I have to haggle to get a better price, I should not have to as a loyal customer, and when I do , I am told that they have not included their commission to keep my cost down!

Arranged a renewal home insurance policy . It’s great to make a phone call and to speak to an advisor who is knowledgeable and extremely helpful . I also have my car insured via A plan and it’s reassuring to know you are not passed to some call centre . They have access to companies who offer very competitive rates

The representative ( Collette ) from the Solihull branch who arranged my cover was extremely competent and highly professional throughout the process. She even advised on a particularly difficult aspect of the requirements asked for by the Mortgage provider, something that my Solicitor had been unaware of ! Excellent service throughout.
