I've been using A-Plan for a few years. I'm satisfied with the service I receive and believe that they do a good job of finding me good insurance cover for a very competitive premium. The reason I gave 4 stars was because, this year, I had to telephone them a second time to ask them to send me documents by post, again, because the documents didn't arrive after I renewed my buildings and contents insurance. The documents arrived in the post after my second request.
