I've used A-plan before and they didn't disappoint this time: James was very engaging whilst staying professional. The service was excellent with everything about the policy laid out in easy to understand terms.

I have voted excellent simply out of courtesy. On the basis of one year's experience, with no untoward events in my car, I have every confidence in the
quality of the response I could expect from A plan. The current year of 2021/22
is likely to see me use my car more frequently because the lockdown times should be fewer. However most of the time my car sits on its private space in a private car park adjacent to the retirement development I live in. Even at my age I am a
careful driver and the AA only cover me for breakdown within 20 miles from home.

We were given an initial renewal quotation for one of our company vehicles which was higher than anticipated. After talking to Liz on several occasions, the renewal was brought down to an acceptable price. All efficient and straight forward. I especially appreciated the easy arrangement of finance without having to submit another direct debit to the bank. Do I have breakdown cover? I'm not sure.

Each time each year, A-Plan Poole is my go-to provider for each of my insurance needs. Their staff are personable and courteous (I usually speak to Luke Hodges), and manage make the intricacies easy to understand. In the past I have had to claim through them, and they make that process very simple, rather than having to deal with the insurance companies myself - one call is all it takes to know wheels are in motion.

Fantastic service. We needed contents insurance for our new home, I dealt with Luke from the Poole branch and he was friendly, very helpful and took care of everything for us almost immediately after we could provide a completion date. Exactly what we needed at such a hectic time. The small admin fee is rolled up into your annual premium so you don't pay anything other than the amount quoted to you.

Received renewal offer/reminder in post in a timely manner. Went to shop to check quote and pay to find it was closed. No mention in letter. Phoned office to be told that it says it is closed on web page which I had no reason to visit. Computer generated letter which had not been adjusted and made me feel like a number and not a valued customer.
Stuart did find me a cheaper deal which is why I always question my quote.
Stuart was very polite and helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience I had been caused.
