I use A-Plan Insurance for my insurance matters. I have just renewed my Buildings insurance with them. The person I dealt with was Catherine Smith. She was courteous, thorough, professional and because of her manner, the whole process was easy. I also appreciate the time she took to answer my questions.

Make a claim with them but every year they contact me regarding my renewal and are very helpful they always check for the best deal and provide good cover. I’m really pleased so I’ve stayed loyal and have checked elsewhere but they always work out best value

I have used the A Plan Branch at Luton for many years.
In my opinion,the office local to me is well managed.This is clearly evidenced by the staff retention there. It is reassuring to have this continuity and to be able to speak to the same people either face to face or on the phone as renewals fall due. My personal experience is that A Plan recognises and values customers.Without exception, I have always found them very helpful in sourcing policies for me which represent good value for money.
I am fully confident in recommending A Plan to friends and family.

Both my husband and I were due to renew our auto insurance, but unfortunately the price quoted for my husband was too high. I had a claim for my house and A Plan had insured me with RSA for buildings and Legal & General for Contents.
They looked after my claim well and efficiently, they contacted both the insurers and both offices called me within a day and sent someone over within a few days.
The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star was that they should have followed up to see how it was going as we had a few issues with RSA/Sedgwick, but when I called A Plan (St Albans Office) up, my agent Eric Juster came through for me.
They looked after my claim well and efficiently, they contacted both the insurers and both offices called me within a day and sent someone over within a few days.
