It was by accident I called A Plan and I am so pleased I did, from the first phone call to getting through to the nice young man who organised my car insurance was a very positive experience. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company. When my house insurance is due in August I intend to take it out with A Plan.

Changing car mid insurance term A-Plan investigated options of revising the existing cover or terminating it and taking out a new 12 month Policy. They clearly reported the impact of various options and made recommendations in respect of the best way forward. The whole process was quick and easy.

We have used aplan insurance for quite a few years, always from the office in dunstable, never had a problem ever with you, staff are always very professional and trustworthy, wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our insurances. Everyone at dunstable office is always very friendly and helpful, you go in as customer and leave feeling as though you have just spoken to a friend. Thankyou so much.

I have been with A Plan for a number of years with an insured van & home insurance, but following the Covid situation, I had to SORN the van & with little income, cancel the home insurance. As the restrictions were finally lifted & we could operate again, I decided to get the van back on the road & contacted yourselves & ended up speaking with one of your agents Teresa Cook. Well, all I can say is that having dealt with insurance companies/brokers for best part of 40 years, my dealing with Teresa was the best insurance experience I have ever encountered. Polite, clear in explanation, thorough & clearly a professional at what she does I will say she is an absolute credit to your company.
