Spoke with Richard Hennen at Andover as needed advice re including daughter to drive my car. He was brilliant and full of advice options. I rang him back later to process a renewal which could include my daughter. He has the patience of a saint and could not have been more clear, kind and thorough. Good telephone customer service is often hard to come by but not at A plan! Give him a pay rise!

Cain Bradley at the Tooting office took over my internet based policy for home and contents. At renewal he was prompt with his call, and patient and gently persistent with his follow-ups. In the end I went with his recommendation and appreciated his forbearance and the way he answered all my questions. A good price was agreed and I duly purchased his recommended policy.
