I couldn’t fault the service from A plan. I have great confidence that they always try to do the best for me for which I’m grateful. I could possibly get cheaper insurance but I know I’d be in my own dealing with issues as they come up. Now I feel I have somewhere I can go for help and advice.

Easily accessable office location,staffed by knowledgeable,approachable and helpful staff.The team even helped me access my breakdown service when I was stuck in a storm on a Saturday after attending funeral 200 odd miles from home with no internet, failing mobile battery and no car electrics.
I would not contemplate using an online insurance provider as NOTHING can replace physical people to whom one can deal face to face.

Great effort from A plan regarding my camper van insurance. Cheaper (wasn't my main criteria but nice to have!) better European cover included and understand that most camper vans are not 'standard'. Highly recommended

Having used A-Plan for over 30 years I haven't ever considered moving to another broker. The service level has continued to be of a very high standard. The staff are knowledgeable and work hard to find the correct product to suit my needs.

This was an insurance renewal and so I was expecting a big price hike. This did not happen, it went up a little bit and then I added in some special items. Overall very pleased and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Aplan insurance is by far the best insurance company that I have ever spoken to,especially Luke Morley at there tooting branch,he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish,he explained everything very well and was very helpful too, my old insurance Company wanted double the amount for the same policy,so just goes to show how good aplan are at helping you achieve the best possible price👍
