My contact was a Mr Robert Pratt who was extremely helpful and sorted out a policy for my son for his new car. All the issues that other companies seemed unable to deal with he addressed and provided a very competitive insurance quote and on accepting it had the complete paperwork emailed to me very quickly - Highly recommended and will be moving other policies to them when they come due for renewal.

Great service from the team. Asked me about any other insurance needs i might have in the future we discussed house insurance and how they could save me money on this. I was impressed with the fact they were not pushy, we discussed looking at this in the future and i will probably go with the Aplan on my house insurance when up for renewal.

Polite, professional and courteous service but there seems to be a lack of coordination between different offices operating different policies. I have several insurance policies with A-Plan and would appreciate one contact, not several.

My car insurance was due for renewal and coincidentally a letter from A-Plan arrived. I called and the guy I spoke with was really helpful, he found me a new provider, one I had heard of, a as be pleasantly surprised, it was less money. I gave 5* as he was lovely and helpful and not just because it was cheaper. I would definitely advise my friends to try A-Plan.

A-Plan do great job of finding specialist insurance for my (almost vintage) VW camper, and just get me a price for my car insurance that was as low as the lowest one on one of the comparison sites. And all within the course of a friendly phone call that took less than 15 minutes. The verdict - 'pick up the phone and talk to these humans - you may be surprised!
