For a number of years our holiday home contents were insured with a specialist holiday home insurer. Somewhat strangely at the recent renewal the insurer declined to quote, stating that they no longer insured contents in a holiday home with a flat roof. This seemed rather strange to me bearing in mind that the company concerned knew from the outset that the building had a flat roof, and in any case they did not insure the building itself, just the contents. However, A Plan were not unduly concerned and soon found a new insurer at a reduced premium. Good service.

I’ve been using A-Plan since 2017, they are keenly priced, their customer service and sales / renewals teams are second to none. Unlike many other insurers they don’t hike the price each year either. For three years running my modified Alfa was the same price as the previous year before I made changes to the policy. Currently I have 3 cars, two motorcycles, and home insurance with A-Plan.
