Phoned Tunbridge Wells branch for a car insurance quote after a friend had recommended A Plan.The lady I spoke to was very helpful and able to meet my car insurance requirements with a notably cheaper quote than the I received from my present on-line provider. Plus you can visit their branch office and speak to someone face to face. No more hanging on the phone trying to get through to call centres. Would recommend.

I like dealing with A Plan as a real person answers the phone and the real people all actually know about insurance, they are not just reading a script. They are always helpful and even when I messed up answering questions and had to call back to change my answers, they dealt with me kindly and professionally.
