I have used A Plan for insurance for a number of years and have always been very happy with the service I receive from them. This year, their renewal quote was more than I wanted to pay but they were able to match the best quote I got from an on-line comparison site.

I renewed my insurance after carefull concideration with other comparison sites.
Although the comparison sites quotes were cheaper than the A-Plan quote {on average £40+ cheaper) I felt that the service I had previously with A-Plan was very good and also the fact that they have a local outlet where you could go and speak face to face with someone made my final decission.

Superb dealing with Dan and Chris at the Thatcham branch, who were very helpful and sorted my cover quickly and efficiently........ The only real issue was the initial renewal quote (by someone else) which was not so great... However, Dan and Chris resolved it.... Recommended.!
