Change of vehicle meant a large rise in premium. I had already had a quote for the new vehicle which was over £100 cheaper, Which was with the same provider. When I questioned the cost and said I was cancelling I got a reduction in the premium bringing it in line with said quote. As a loyal customer I was more than a bit annoyed.

Nice to be able to sit in front of somebody and deal with questions and get the end result correct .
Not necessarily the cheapest quote ,but they do make sure you have the correct cover I presumed my garages were covered but found out they were not, they were classed as out buildings so very lucky
