I have no hesitation in recommending A-Plan Insurance as I've dealt with them for some years now and they excelled when we really needed them in the past. The staff at A-plan have always been very helpful and polite. I went to them initially for help and advice when I needed car insurance and had questions the online comparison sites just donât/wonât answer. The human touch meant they knew exactly what I wanted and they went about getting it for me at a good price. With A-plan I know what I pay and what they get for arranging my cover - no secrets. Whatâs more their office is on my doorstep.
They lose a star because the vault where all the documents (quotes/insurance certificate) are stored is such a nightmare to access when you need to reset a password.
