My insurance advisor Nigel is great, explains everything, takes his time, ensures you get a competitive quote. Been buying insurance off A Plan a few years, always very competitive. Rather deal with a voice than an internet algorythm personally.

I started using A Plan because I was fed up talking to someone in Delhi using online insurers, their prices are always competitive and I love the fact I can just walk into town and pay it. My biggest gripe though is when I tell them nothing has changed since last year they still persist in asking me 30 minutes of stupid questions basically trying to sell me more insurance. Really winds me up, if I want house insurance etc I will ask you for it...
