This is the 2nd year I've been with A plan ,I don't think they could have done anything any better. Shopie from the.norwich office rang when she said she would , she couldn't have been more helpful, so.all I can say is well done and Keep it up

Liz at A plan was lovely and so helpful. She managed to improve on a quote I had found on a comparison site. Detailed the new policy to my own needs and left me a happy customer again. Been with them a few years and I just love the personal touch. I'm old fashioned I prefer a healthy conversation over endless emails or websites have recommended A plan to my friends and will continue to do so.

I decided to stay with A-Plan Insurance for another year. Why?
For me it's the complete package on offer. I agree, their prices may not be the cheapest on the market but I look at the bigger picture.
First class customer service (Thanks James Wharton for all your help), plus a web site that provides a single point of reference for all your documentation etc. gets my vote.
The requirement to have insurance is something we all have factor in to our everyday life. Anything that makes that process less stressful will always be a major factor when a company is vying for my business.

I cannot speak about other branches, but the team at Cheltenham have given me great service for a number of years. I place a monetary value on this service, which means they do not have to be the cheapest. I do check other providers and find A-Plan is close to, if not matching, the lowest bid. In return, when I have had issues, the team has been able to provide swift intervention, taking the problem off my hands. I shall be moving further away from Cheltenham, but will stick with that branch for future needs.
