Having dealt with APlan for many years, both house and car insurances they have a high level of customer service and are very competitive. They were the only company to handle and insure our imported Australian 4x4 and the whole process was very efficient, handling the items which had to removed/changed (speedometer, bull bar, etc.). We now have both landlords and vehicle insurance with them and probably will continue.

Sought a quote for an inherited car as an addition for my wife & I to use.
A Plan advisor Jordan was compassionate to the circumstances & although effectively a ‘new’ policy which couldn’t be covered under multi-car cover, he did his very best to offer the best deal by mirroring my existing no claims bonus.
Excellent service, as always & I wouldn’t insure through anyone else.

I had A Plan arrange the insurance over quite a few years on my old Volvo. When I bought a new one second hand, they transferred the insurance to cover the new car so that it was a seamless new policy with very little effort on my part. The cost was reasonable and I shall continue to use A Plan.

Yesterday I had a courtesy call from Chris Rogers at A-Plan about my car insurance which is due this month as I'd had my car insured with them in the past.
I'd also recently received my renewal quote from my existing insurer LV, so it was a good comparison.
Chris was able to get a lower price for my car insurance without cutting out the really good benefits I wanted.
He then outdone himself by getting us a great price on our Buildings and Contents insurance which is due at the start of July even with 2 policy extras on top - I knew our existing company would not be able to compete so today we moved everything over to them!
What I also like about A-Plan is that if needed, you can call them direct & you get a personal service, not a long-automated service before you are able to speak to an individual.
I really appreciated the initial courtesy call & would recommend them as a company.
