Been using A Plan for more years than I can remember, house insurance, public liability and commercial van insurance. Always very professional and happy to quote for other policies such as our car insurance which once our daughter is a little older hopefully we will do with them also. I sent my no claims bonus to an email turns out it was the Sutton Coldfield branch.They took the time to phone me to tell me I must ring the Thatcham branch and get an email to send it to.
I understand Sutton didn't have the business but in the time they took to ring me I reckon they could have passed on my email.
I think it shows the customer service needs a bit of work.
