I have been using A-Plan for my homeand car insurance for many years. Their service is always very good and I have no issue in recommending them to family and friends which I have done on a number of occasions.
On the whole A-Plan is competative but when they aren't they try hard to match the price and sometimes it is worth paying a little more for the service they provide

Liz at A plan in Tooting Branch was lovely and so helpful. She managed to improve on a quote I had last year. Detailed the new policy to my own needs and left me a happy customer. I have been with them for a number of years now and I just love the personal touch. I found Adam at the Taunton Office to be on the ball, answering question about my new Home Insurance in a polite informative and professional manner.
He explained clearly the relevant details involved and gave options along the way, whilst asking if I was happy with each stage.
The whole process was clear with Adam presented in such a way that I was very happy to proceed, as a result I will now be transferring both our vehicles over to A Plan Insurance in August so job well done, - thanks.
