Excellent service, very comprehensive in explaining what is and isn't included in the price. Recently had to contact them with regard to a stone chip in my windscreen, this was sorted out over the phone and I was able to book the appointment the next day.

I have now been with A-Plan for several years and I am delighted with the service they provide. The people I have dealt with explain very clearly any options available and anything I need to review or think about. In addition, the documentation is absolutely clear. I also appreciate access to the documentation online as it saves me having to plough through printed documents.

I was extremely happy with the service when I telephoned for a quote. I have a specialised vehicle and it was good to actually speak to a person and KNOW that ALL details had been taken down correctly so I will be fully covered. Electronic quotes online just did not fit the bill. The rate is extremely competitive, very efficient service. Thank you.

Have been using A-Plan for many years. So much easier than trying to get insurance online in a lot of cases. You are able to talk to a person so what you are quoted is what you get rather than the deal changing as so often happens with comparison sites.
