Recently renewed our house and contents insurances. Katherine took us through all the sections to make sure we had the correct cover and answered any queries, sometimes double checking with colleagues. We were emailed all the documents and we printed those we needed from the current details. Altogether a good service, especially as a new insurer had to be found. Only minor niggle, didn’t find it particularly instinctive to find the info we wanted to print. Just unfamiliar with files.

I went in to check motor insurance options and Alix, the manager, was very helpful in getting the best deal for me also involving changing the house insurance!
I am also re-assured that, should I have any issues, I have a personal contact in the office.
