I spoke with Catherine Smith with regards to renewing our home insurance .
I was really happy and impressed with how my questions were addressed in a professional and insightful way, as to the options I had for my renewal and for other possible insurance opportunities .
Call backs were given as scheduled , and what I really appreciated was how Ms Smith gave me details of other products that may have been of interest to me, without hard selling .
This left me with the decision to definitely call and speak to her as a first port of call should I need any other types of insurance .

Service we received from A-Plan has been first class. The cover and premium they found for us more than satisfactory. The employees we dealt with were polite helpful and efficient. The one problem I requested a paper copy of the policy due to the inefficiency of the postal system at the present time it didn’t arrive but when I phoned back requesting a reissue this was dealt with in a very professional manner.
