I had to ask too many questions too many times to fully understand what I was buying. Also, I had to ask for a receipt for the premiums I had paid, I should not have to do that. This could be just the person I was dealing with as A-Plan Banbury have been very helpful and efficient in the past, so marked down this time.

Didn’t want this insurance was way to expensive but kept missing calls then when I called there wasn’t anyone available to talk to me will definitely change next year was told my policy had gone up because of covid which seems crazy as I wasn’t even using my car most of the year because of lockdown then get penalised fir it this year not impressed
