I hated having to sort out insurance…. so many different comparison sites to use and worrying that I’d answered a question incorrectly that would invalidate my insurance and then I used A-Plan Insurance. It has made such a difference! I contact them ,confirm a few details and they do all the hard work. And it costs no more than doing it through a comparison site. WIN WIN !Big shout out to Sue at Evesham branch who is pleasant, polite and professional.

A-Plan are always polite and helpful. They get straight to the point as far as rules allow.
I like to think I'm getting a good renewal price without having to shop round every year for an improved quote,which is a big hassle.
There is always someone who'll give an introductory offer, like A-Plan last year. But now I'm on full price I guess!
But the process is fine and the contact, Catherine Smith was very helpful.

Had never used a 'shop' before - always on line through 'big' call centres. Although I did the transaction by phone, I always got through to the same very helpful person in the Winchester shop. He was knowledgeable, efficient and prompt and found me a very competitive price and so much better than previous experience of dealing with often undertrained large call centre operations. Would definitely use again.
