The Frome branch have been amazing - they managed to arrange house insurance cover that met all my needs which were very specific and unusual. And they managed to get a quote in record time from a company that I had been unable to contact through the normal means. I am a very happy customer. Very efficient in explaining what was covered this is the second time we have put our Insurance through you but are very aware of the cost so will check next time before going with you as there are so many alternatives to choose from.
