I returned to A-Plan after a number of years having bought a new car. Having always used them in the past it was a pleasure to deal with them again. Craig, the manager of the Bath branch could not be more personable and helpful ! And the service and professionalism I received from Sally Ann(e) was exemplary, truly first class ! Been with A plan for 36 years now. Insured my first car with them and with them ever since. Never felt the need to go elsewhere. Car insurance, house insurance, van insurance and public liability insurance. You can always speak to an agent and they engage with you on the phone so well. Always very polite, very helpful and always have all the information you need. Rates are always competitive. 36 years says it all really.

The service I received from the team at Isle of Wight branch was excellent. I Was dealt with a friendly professional service with expertise. Would recommend to anyone. They are so knowledgable or if they can’t answer your questions there and then, they will come back to you with an answer.

Never been so confident my bus is covered fully with insurance, they even included camping insurance for my awning & gear. Didn’t bat an eyelid when I went through my list of mods & even with my points it worked out half compared to the meerkat.
The lad I spoke to was easy to deal with he kept me well informed throughout the quotation stage & they were really responsive whilst insuring the vehicle for my specific needs, I will use it for commuting somedays etc.
I hope it’s the start of a good relationship as I’m still waiting for a quote off another specialist modified van insurer now....
