Been with A plan Witney branch for many years. Always had first class service apart from once when it felt they were penalising customer loyalty that very quickly got solved the same day so I’ve continued with A plan and most likely to continue.

Quick and easy to renew my insurance over the phone. They went through all the details and made sure that I understood them. Payment was taken over the phone using a credit card. I was emailed with all the information straight after the phone call.

.I phoned on the first morning of the December 2021 Work From Home and was very pleasantly surprised and pleased that the answering response was almost immediate. The lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the type of policy I required for my mobile home located in the South West of France. Very impressive, professional and friendly conversation. I proceeded with the quotation the same afternoon and the documents arrived by email the following morning.
