Just renewed our house and contents with Lisa who was very helpful and friendly and managed to keep to almost the current premium even though we had a one off discount for contents last year.
We are very pleased with A Plan’s service and have now transferred our car and golf cover to them as well as house insurance. This gives us the benefit of their searches to get the best cover and price.

I requested that a paper copy of my new insurance document be sent to me in the post not just an e mailed file. I do not have printing facilities plus my laptop does not run on windows so I I cannot always download and open files sent to me. I wanted a paper copy to keep for easy reference. To date i have not received the copy requested.
