I have taken up car insurace recently.
To arrange the policy was easy and the branch manager was very helpfull.
But I have not been with this company long enough to make any comment.
As far as taking up car insurance concern it
was easy and branch manager was very undrestanding and knowdlegable and offered the covrage and look very promessig but we have to wait and see

I missed calls from A plan and found it difficult to call back due to queuing.
However once I was through I found the whole process easy to complete. I was also given loyalty discounts on extras and was pleased with the end price and cover given. The representative was very patient as my hearing is not great. He was very informative and professional.

The second guy I dealt with was a typical salesman "tell you what, I've got a great deal for you there."
Well actually the deal is not great at all really, up 40% although there are reasons, and I would have complained except all the emails I have received confirming my new policy are "No Reply" - why would you do that? Surely not hiding?
So I am not that impressed nor satisfied.

Applied for car insurance.They could not meet my currant insures quote. They thenhad a rethink and came in £40 cheaper. Of course I accepted.Always go to them when I getan insurance renewel.

I've been with A-Plan insurance for the last three years because they always provide excellent customer service throughout the year and provide good prices at renewal times. My insurance is very bespoke as it is an old house with some issues and they have saved me a fortunate as I would have no other choice but to insure with a specialist. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A-Plan for any insurance.
