My Landrover requires special insurance for use on organised Trek Days by JLR. My current insurer could not provide this type of cover.
I contacted API and they were happy to provide the level of insurance that I required for Trek Days. Not only could API provide this additional insurance their annual policy price was £150 cheaper than my existing policy that did not include for Trek Days!

Excellent service as always, we use A plan for all our insurance needs, car, house etc. The telephone is always answered promptly in a very friendly and professional manner. We recently needed to make a claim and things went smoothly from start to finish. An excellent broker who we have stayed with for some years.

Renewal received based on their panel of insurers for obvious reasons , it differed greatly from my research of the wider market. Their figure of £345.00 versus mine of £247.00, exactly the same cover , same excesses , same legal cover etc etc. When challenged they agreed to negotiate down to £245.00 . Why waste everyone's time each year, they are supposed to be the experts!!
As a broker they seem to be loosing focus on long term clients , I have been with them since 1971.

Brilliant service. Luke Morley from the Tooting branch was so friendly and helpful. I hate shopping for insurance but Luke made the whole experience quick and easy. I will definitely be going back to APlan for my future insurance needs.

The service and flexibility they offer for my fleet of classic is excellent , the only improvement they could make would be to speed up the service it really does take along time over the phone .

Just had to renew my car insurance by phone, always a tedious experience but definitely made easier by the positive chirpy phone operative, his name was james Bradley and he works in the A Plan Tooting office.

Genuinely appreciate both the time and effort James Bradley of the A-Plan Tooting office put into the recent renewal of my van insurance. Trying to get the best deal which met my needs ( travelling to France for business) ( this is an issue post Brexit that the insurance industry are still clearly grappling with) was not easy.
